Perimenopause, Menopause, & Your Systemic Field

Hello Reader,

The promises we've made to ourselves and have long forgotten can whisper, knock, and sometimes even pound through the door our knowing in perimenopause and menopause. When this meets the energetic mix of the Year of the Fire Horse with all of it's nuances, things may begin to get our attention in new or deeper ways.

Your True Self, Wise Woman, the essence of who you are, and some may name this as your soul came here with intentions, promises, commitments, gifts, and edges for growth.

You may have gotten your own attention by noticing patterns and cycles that you wanted to shift, transform, or even transmute. When they are personal to you with no ancestral ties or connections to past lives, they can shift with things like psychotherapy, belief work - NLP, and even somatic work.

Things begin to become more complex and harder to shift the needle when we've thrown everything at something and there are diminishing returns. With most of my clients, this is when we begin to explore their systemic field.

By the time they begin perimenopause, as early as their 30s, and once they are in the thick of perimenopause and menopause, there stance begins to shift. They are often hit with a feelings of:
*This can't be all there is
*There must be more
*I can't or won't do ____ like this any more
*I know I'm here to break intergenerational cycles and create ______
*I can feel that I'm here as prayers answered by ancestors, but why does _____ not budge?
*I know that I'm connected to many lineages, not just my blood lineages that carry a bigger dream than the ones we've been told by the systems of oppression

Even with this deep knowing and gut instincts, many perimenopausal and menopausal women are not conscious of the entanglements they carry (e.g., the parts of their systemic fields that tether them to the repeated patterns, beliefs, and outcomes) or the resources that are waiting to be called upon for assistance to alchemize and help them move forward.

In the Year of the Fire Horse, what has been hidden from our knowing and what we've been unwilling to name to ourselves and others may become illuminated in a way that ignites generations and many life times of your knowing. It may become clear that it is time ask for help in ways that those that you're entangled with in your systemic field never could.

If you've been carrying something for thousands or for your mission or purpose of why you've incarnated, engaging with your systemic field may be the key you've been seeking. When you partner with your systemic field, things will become clear in ways that you've instinctually known and have equally been a mystery.

Partnering with your systemic field is a relational process not a transactional one. Just like a new friendship, we can't hot wire connection with it. We also can't lone wolf it and forgo the no BS version of the truth with them. Having a guide for this process can be immensely helpful, especially as your Wise Woman speaks or intervenes more often in these times.

If you and your systemic field want to explore how we might work together, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 30 minute call.

May your Wise Women help you to notice the bigger dream that you are being asked to live into.
May your Systemic Field make gentle contact with the edges of what you thought was just you or your fate/destiny.
May whomever you're entangled with be open to both of you can receive help with ____.
May you and your systemic field receive the resources to support you, your mission, and purpose create a ripple effect far beyond what your mind can imagine.
May the wisdom keepers of past, present, and future tend to whatever aspects of the perimenopausal and menopausal journey you are meeting, now and always.
May the Year of the Fire Horse offer a gentle glow to illuminate what has been asked to be known, witnessed, and named.

with love,

Amy

Hello Reader,Seeing some of the 2016 reviews has invited me to sit with what I know to be true now that I didn't know then.
